Hi!
I have a DELL Precision 7720 XEON 32GB ECC RAM, 2 NVME, NVidia that is
running out-of-the-box Openindiana.
TouchPanel doesn't work, and for wireless i have a 15€ USB stick, if i
need it when i am somewhere else.
35-40 Watts running idle with display on though...
I had another laptop running for some years as a home-server, that was
a dell latitude 6510 8GB w/o ECC, SATA disk, some core i7 ...
Thats a lineup i personally would stick to: XEON baesd Laptops, HP,
Dell, for example Dell Precision 7710, 7510, 7520, ...
Just my 2 Cents on this topic.
Regards,
Stephan
