[oi-dev] Paid change request aka Bounty

Hi,

Clarification: No Such program exists in the Association at this time thus Payment through the Association cannot happen.
There is a Process to manage the Budget and creating new Programs requires both Fundraising and planning.
If an official Bug Bounty program is wanted we would best add it to this years membership meetup to get voted in. And before that we best make a plan what we actually want to achieve. 
We do not lack contributors. It is regular updates and Maintenance in a consistent manner where the OpenIndiana project is short staffed.
Reginalds Bounty is a private endeavor outside of the Association.
