I upgraded with "pkg image-update --be-name oi_148".

After issuing the non-sticky command, I ran Update Manager and he said
"This is an [sic] Live Image. The install operation can't be performed."

> pkg install pkg:/database/postgres-84

No joy: "No updates necessary for this image."
