Hello,
Keyboard settings are moved somewhere after Build 134 to a service
configuration:
[ewer at solewer:~]$svccfg -s svc:/system/keymap:default listprop keymap/layout
keymap/layout astring German
http://illumos.org/issues/207#note-9
In my case it's a German keyboard.
