Sorry, another comment, about our user base,
It should be very easy to make the trademark transition, this has
happen successfully on products that has been in the market for more
than 10 years.
In our case we just need to bond the domain names properly, ect... and
keep the openindiana around for a while.. even easier if those names
are inclusive, such as indina - openindiana.
