I also have seen the same USB KB/mouse issue on b134+ based Nexenta with
Intel SR2625. After applying the workaround(disable autopm in
/etc/pwer.conf), the problem solved.

I disabled the service altogether: svcadm disable svc:/system/power:default
and removed gnome-powermanager from the desktop startup applications.
I will try to disable just the autopm option.
