[OpenIndiana-discuss] Upgrade trouble

Edit your hosts file:

/etc/hosts

91.194.74.70 pkg.openindiana.org

make sure /etc/nsswitch.conf says

hosts   files

(remove dns from that line if it says it anywhere)

then run image-update again

after it completes, reboot and then put stuff back the way it was, reinstall
Tbird FF, etc

FYI I was able to remove Thunderbird without Gnome issues, didn't have to
remove FF.
