[OpenIndiana-discuss] Upgrade from b134: few packages get updated

With me, the problem isn't just with Firefox and Thunderbird:
"pkg list -u" gives 670 packages.

I still have an snv_133 boot environment, so if no one can point me in
the right direction, I'll upgrade that to snv_134, and will try
upgrading the resulting boot environment to OpenIndiana.
