[OpenIndiana-discuss] Bounty system?

Hi list,

Not sure if this has been explored or being implemented, it just comes 
across my mind that maybe illumos/openindiana organization could have a 
bounty system.

People can donate to bounty to increase incentive for certain topics 
without a proper owner..

For example the KMS thing, so far didn't see much progress there and I 
just wish I had the expertise and time can help on that. Will it be 
easier to find owner (even outside help) if a bounty can be pooled up 
for the task?

just a thought..
