That's strange. That's an ordinary sourceforge mailing list. No human
intervention by any moderators should be required for you to subscribe.

There are two people who can give you commit permission to SFE, and
neither of them is involved with the oi-sfe project.

Thank you for your work on ISC DHCP. I look forward to seeing that spec
at SFE.
