It hasn't integrated yet:

Of course, once it integrates to Oracle's onnv gate, then we'll be
updating the xnv gate to the Intel Xorg driver version that requires
it, and OpenIndiana will either have to maintain their own intel driver
for Xorg or drop all intel graphics devices down to the vesa driver until
someone decides to tackle a KMS port to illumos.
