[OpenIndiana-discuss] Missing Intel NIC Driver on OpenIndiana oi_148

All motherboard manufacturers are providing free motherboard replacements
to their customers due to the issue.

Intel fixed the issue so early adopters getting a bad batched motherboard
just need to send them in for replacement (per approval process).
