OI will be using the illumos kernel soon, so we don't necessary rely on
Oracle fixing the kernel bug.
If illumos know about it, we can look at fixing it.
OI + illumos != Solaris 11 :D

According to the defect.solaris report it's a bug in the solaris 11
kernel so it's up to Oracle/Nvidia - don't hold your breath
