[OpenIndiana-discuss] ZFS CKSUM degrade threshold

I've tried to look on the Internet, and I've examined the variables of zfs and 
zpool fo the backup set, but I can't find the threshold limit for cksum errors
before it sets the pool to degraded.

The external sets seem to be suffering time out issues which are causing the 
cksum errors even though the data is intact, but it seems that anything like 
10 or more and it trips the pool to degraded. I'd like to up that number, but 
I can't find where to do it.

Can anyone help please?
