It's probably this bug:
https://www.illumos.org/issues/348
 - you can confirm by booting with -vk appended to the kernel line
which will keep the panic message visible.


Adding disable-cpqary3=true to the comma separated list after -B will
disable the driver temporarily so you can replace it.
