[OpenIndiana-discuss] dladm create-aggr fails with "link busy"

fresh openinidna 148 install. It came up with ipv6 for nge1/nge2 after 
auto-discovering and I did the unplumb on those, so the interfaces are 
clean and unused, but still I can't create the aggregate.
