To create a live USB on a Unix-like system (including Mac OS X),
download the standard live USB and this file
[http://dlc.openindiana.org/isos/1G.header] and run the following
commands:cat 1G.header <USB image file> | dd bs=1024k of=<path to raw
USB storage device>
