I have a couple of fixes to tidy up and push to make the
instructions/scripts in said blog post work with 151-era pkg(5)/AI.
Have to find time, but perhaps this week.

Immediately, though, the XML in the gist should let you create an ISO.
 That ISO ought, then, to work with the "official" AI server bits.
