Chances you have a partition table on that disk. If so try it with pX suffix.
I.e. if your FAT partition is number 1 than use /dev/rdsk/c3t0d0p1.
Also, since you are not using zvol, stmfadm may overwrite first 64k of
your disk (see stmfadm(1M)), which may not be what you want.
