Hm, I do not think I follow. Freshly installed 151a does have manual
pages, but they do not seem to belong to any package.
I must be missing something.

cis:~$ pkg search zfs.1m
INDEX      ACTION VALUE                      PACKAGE

cis:~$ pkg info system/manual

So, what package zfs.1m comes from ?
