  Hi everyone  ;-)
Domain Name System (DNS) is a system that takes significant host and 
domain names to the correct IP-adresa.DNS client or an arbitrator, host 
or network device which queries DNS-servers for the various resource 
records like IP-address for the host as e-mail server.

If you configure your server as a client for Solaris DNS, then you need 
to add DNS-servers, which resolver queries the server for a variety of 
DNS records in the file

/ etc / resolv.conf
Below is an example of a sample / etc / resolv.conf
$ Cat / etc / resolv.conf

domain example.com
nameserver 10.10.10.1
nameserver 10.10.10.2
nameserver 10.10.10.3

search example.com example.co.uk example.net MORE 
<http://www.post.arhipkin.com/?p=65>
