[OpenIndiana-discuss] Future of OI

hi all

Currently  i use and recommend OI as the main ZFS/Illumos based platform-
but its more than obvious that the future development is stalled.

What now!!
Shall I and others use Oracle Solaris 11 , OmniOS, SmartOS?
Should we develop SmartOS to be a storage OS?

I have already a workng version of my napp-it ZFS Server 0.9 UI on SmartOS,
but what is the future of a Illumos based OpenSource ZFS OS?

- Illumos Core,  Illumian, OI, OmniOS, SmartOS  I?????
