[OpenIndiana-discuss] Unable to upgrade from OS_snv_134

from the publisher information you gave, did you upgrade to 134 using
the "legacy" repository first, before you tried upgrading to
147/148/151?

or did you just add the "legacy" publisher at the same time as adding
the "dev" repository?
