(in-nonglobal-zone)# ifconfig vnic0
vnic0: flags=201000843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST,IPv4,CoS> mtu 1500
index 2
        inet A.B.C.D netmask ffffff00 broadcast X.Y.Z.0
        ether 2:8:20:1e:4:75 <---- here?

(in-global-zone)# dladm show-vnic vnic0
LINK OVER SPEED MACADDRESS MACADDRTYPE VID
vnic0 aggr0 1000 2:8:20:1e:4:75 random -

If you've got ip-type=shared, then it should be MAC address of the
physical interface to which the IP address is assigned.
