at present as far as I Know is not possible,
there is an old project :
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Project+jfs/

But is discontinued.
However you can install an other OS (Virtualbox,kvm, zones) that can 
read JFS (i.e. Linux ) and use that to open the JFS filesystem.
