Possibly the only sore point could be the H310 controller. Is it the
full PCI-e version of the card or the mini-type? If it's the full-sized
one, it's easy to reflash to IT firmware (since it's based on the
venerable LSI SAS 2008 chip) and get full JBOD functionality for ZFS.
