This sounds very encouraging 
but I can't find any information about how dom0 works in a way and what
it needs to shine again.
I can only suppose it needs clear explanation in what is better with Xen
then with KVM
(I remember in Opensolaris XEN domU machines could work inside Solaris
zones),
and also supported Xen developers.
