Thanks. /var/tmp/orbit-rhb turns out to be some very old cruft lying around. Not sure of the origin, but it's gone now. Appears to have been from some testing I did when I installed OI_148 as it was owned by user "tst" which exists in /etc/passwd, but has an empty home directory. I have no recollection of it, but that's not unusual :-(
It was the "non-local" part that puzzled me since it referenced ports on the local host.
