Seafile seems to work reasonably well. We've actually been looking for 
something with more capability though, one that can handle various 
levels of permissions and multiple-projects. But, if all you want is 
something to plugin to your own website with Dropbox like capabilities 
and multi-device synchronization capability, Seafile seems to be ready 
to fill that bit.
