I did another strange thing that worked (partialy inspired by
http://homepage2.nifty.com/mrym3/taiyodo/eng/)

I bluntly copied ce (file) from installed Solaris 10 (using USB stick...)
into every possible location (/kernel/drv/sparc9, and some other...)
created empty ce.conf and in the end run:

add_drv -n -v -m '* 0600 root sys' -i '"pci108e,abba"' ce

After reboot I can see all 6 interfeces and connect from/to at least one.
