[OpenIndiana-discuss] force ZFS to update disk quota info

Not "doing" snapshots is irrelevant.  

*Have* any snapshots?  What do these report?

  zfs get usedbysnapshots YOUR-DATASET

  zfs list -r -t snapshot YOUR-DATASET
