What does "sas2flash -listall" report?

I'm currently running these firmware revisions without any trouble:

# ./sas2flash -listall
..[snip]..
Ctlr          FW Ver         NVDATA        x86-BIOS
-------------------------------------------------------
SAS2008(B2)   13.00.57.00    0d.43.00.02    07.25.00.00
SAS2008(B2)   07.15.08.00    07.00.00.19    07.11.10.00

Perhaps you can try and reflash to these firmware revisions and retest
to see if the trouble isn't only caused by a "too new" firmware issue.
