# rolemod -K type=normal root
# vi /etc/ssh/sshd_config
PermitRootLogin yes
# svcadm restart ssh

Check root's entry in /etc/user_attr, if it's set to role, you'll never
be able to login as root.
You can run "rolemod -K type=normal root" to turn it back into a user.
