It's not as complete of a solution as paying one or more people to work on OI full time; but at least it would be a step in that direction.  

It might be workable though, I guess the question would be what would be the next step in setting this up, and who would we need to talk to?  I have to be honest and say I couldn't actually name many Oi devs!
