It has not yet been released as an installable distro; instead,
an installed oi_151a7 system can be updated to it (google for
a recent project/repo called "hipster"). I guess there would
be a formal release when it stabilizes a bit.

Of course, you'd need some media with the installed OS to further
update. It is possible that if none of your HDDs are visible,
then some USB stick would be relatively slow, but functional.
When you have a working installation there which does recognize
your HDDs, you can replicate this installation onto a new rpool
(single or mirrored slices, plus installed GRUB) on the HDDs;
there are many ways to do that replication, like zfs send, or
even per-file copy like cpio or rsync (not unlike what the OS
installer does when transferring the LiveCD contents onto HDDs).
