That won't work, snv_148 was the only supported upgradable version.
snv_151 is completely proprietary and is thus out of the reach of OI
devs to enable for upgrading. In addition, snv_151a uses a newer ZFS
pool version which isn't available in Illumos (Oracle closed sourced
everything after zpool version 28).
