there was a problem with older OI releases where TPM was enabled and misconfigured by default causing sporadic super slow login performance. your output from -v appears similar.

try disabling tpm if it is enabled. if tpm is disabled, then my analysis from diagnosis the tpm problem might re-usable to diagnose your problem.
