It fails as switch has received dependency on non-existing 
switch-516 at 2.17,5.11-2014.1.3.0 package. IPS can't correctly report 
about this, the report is  some ugly garbage which just means "I can't 
do this". You have no need in installing latest library/perl-5/XXX 
packages, only library/perl-5/XXX-516.
