[OpenIndiana-discuss] Where is the SFW used by oi_151a_prestable9?

Thanks to suggestions from Alexander Pyhalov, I found what was
happening.  The newly-built ntpd is indeed version 4.2.7p411:

    $ ntp-dev-4.2.7p411/ntpd/ntpd -? 2>&1 | head
    ntpd - NTP daemon program - Ver. 4.2.7p411
    Usage:  ntpd [ -<flag> [<val>] | --<name>[{=| }<val>] ]... \
    		[ <server1> ... <serverN> ]
    ...

However, the installed version in oi_151a9 is the same:

    $ /usr/lib/inet/ntpd -? 2>&1 | head
    ntpd - NTP daemon program - Ver. 4.2.7p411
    Usage:  ntpd [ -<flag> [<val>] | --<name>[{=| }<val>] ]... \
    		[ <server1> ... <serverN> ]
    ...

The reason I was misled is that the package is mis-labelled as an
older version:

    $ pkg info ntp
