Hi there,

might be a stupid question, but why don't you simply reuse the Mediatomb binaries? If memory serves me right, that's exactly what I have done. And my Mediatomb installation works like a charm...

I've tried the gnu compiler, the SunStudio compiler, and they all fail.
In fact, when I run configure with CC=/usr/bin/gcc it quickly dies with:
configure: error: in `/data/build/cppunit-1.12.1':
configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details
