[OpenIndiana-discuss] why can't I rename be?

I've followed a series of steps to update a 151_a8 install to the
latest 151.1.9.

The formula suggested naming the new be with a more reasonable name.

In this case I jumped right out with a be named 151_9.

But, of course, that is a bit wrong... The new packages all have
something like 151.1.9

  root at oi:~# beadm list
  BE          Active Mountpoint Space Policy Created
  151_9       R      -          5.07G static 2014-07-10 11:26
  openindiana N      /          9.13M static 2014-07-10 04:57

But I'm not able to rename it:


  root at oi:~# beadm rename -v 151_9 151.1.9
  be_rename: failed to rename dataset (rpool/ROOT/151_9): Device busy
  Rename of BE 151_9 failed.
  Unmount failed.

Should I be able to rename the be?
