[OpenIndiana-discuss] LSI 9211-8i kernel error message

I found in the web this error message but I can not find what does it 
mean. Unfortunately my log is exactly same. Here is the log part:

The smartmontools is writing an error too:

What is the wrong part of system?
Cable?
Raid card?
mpt_sas driver?

The card has "9211_8i_Package_P20_IR_IT_Firmware_BIOS_for_MSDOS_Windows" 
firmware.
