Hello.
The short answer: you shouldn't have done so.
Long answer: /hipster-encumbered is incomplete and experimental for now
and is incompatible with SFE as it ships some updated libraries, which
will certainly break SFE vlc and other applications.
We are looking at two directions for now.
1) complete /hipster-encumbered so that it contains
gst-plugins-{bad,ugly} and vlc;
2) prepare /sfe repository for OI Hipster (as I understand, the work is
in its final stage).
As (2) has advantage of providing more software (including recent
LibreOffice) and having more people, working on this software, now I'm
inclined to wait for (2) for a bit and abandon the first option as long
as binary SFE repository for Hipster is supported in actual state.
