Both are bad choices especially the Vantec.
The LSI 1064 will work but is quite old (max 2 TB disks)

If you have an empty PCI-e slot, use
- IBM M1015 or LSI 9211 (flash LSI 9211-IT firmware on either)
- LSI 9207
