There are precompiled packages available.

Libmad is available from opencsw if you want a precompiled one
http://www.opencsw.org/packages/CSWlibmad0/

They only have libmatroska in version 1.1.0 if that is enough
http://www.opencsw.org/packages/CSWlibmatroska/
