[OpenIndiana-discuss] NLipkg zones not upgradeable

I suspect that  
https://github.com/illumos/illumos-gate/blob/139510fb6efa97dbe5f5479594b308d940cab8d1/usr/src/lib/libbe/common/libbe_priv.h#L76 
should include nlipkg.
But can't check this right now as I've broken a bit my build environment 
with gcc 4.9, will have to fix it first :)
