User using VirtualBox needs to be member of 'vboxuser' group.
You can make it by starting 'sudo users-admin' (or pfexec users-admin
with aproppriate/all priviledges) and on 'Groups' tab, find 'vboxuser'
, select Properies and add user(s) to the group.
Try that.
