In running -> pfexec pkg fix cups
Verifying: pkg://openindiana.org/print/cups                     ERROR
        dir: var/cache/cups/rss
        Mode: 0775 should be 0755

So I tested a build of cups 1.5.0 which passed successfully. You can add hpcac to the updated package and this should resolve the reported CUPS issues.

which as you can see it lets you fix but then upon reboot you get exactly the same.
