not really sure where to place this report, but after "upgrading" from the '/dev-il' repository to  '/dev', and moving to /sfe and /sfe-encombered from '/sfebuild', the last "upgrade" I did was with packagemanager to use the sfe-encombered repository for VLC et al.  That seemed to work fine.

But now I got a perpetual problem with a few packages: dmz-cursor, p7zip and sfw-incorporation.  I do the "upgrade" which seemingly executes successfully, but after refresh the same list is presented.
