it didn't help:

 The running system has not been modified. Modifications were only made to a clone of the running system.  This clone is mounted at /tmp/tmp5o5yxw should you wish to inspect it.

pkg update: The package pkg://openindiana.org/system/data/zoneinfo@2013.9,5.11-0.151.1.8.1:20140130T033101Z delivers conflicting action types (hardlink and file) to usr/share/lib/zoneinfo/Europe/Tiraspol
This package must be corrected before it can be installed.
